About Us

Bradley Johnson has over 35 years of experience in the water and sewer industry, specializing in underground utilities, directional boring and dry boring.  He is among the most knowledgeable specialists in Texas.  Before starting his own business, Bradley worked in the Metroplex for many years with construction companies such as Hoot Construction; Murray Construction, putting in subdivisions; JC Evans Construction; Southland Contracting; and Brett Construction.  Bradley and Kerry, Bradley’s father, decided to form their own company in 2007 and that is when B&L began. Bradley, his son Briley, and family, are carrying on this tradition in water and sewer construction.
